Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the account that made them — the App Store account on iOS, the Google account on Android — so make sure you are signed in with the same one. Nothing is charged again.
Progress is stored on the device and, on iOS, backed up to your private iCloud store when iCloud Drive is on. Signing in to the same iCloud account on a new device restores it. Coins already spent are not refundable.
Yes. The full word list is available without spending anything; coins and Remove Ads are optional conveniences.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. On iOS you can additionally remove the iCloud copy in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
